Bulk actions and exports
From the Your QR codes list, you can process several QR codes in one go: archive them, reactivate them, tag them, download their images in a ZIP file or export the list in CSV format.
These features are reserved for the Pro and Entreprise plans. On the Free plan, the list shows: “Multiple selection, tags, ZIP download and CSV export: available with Pro and Entreprise.”
Select QR codes
- Tick a QR code's box to select it.
- The box at the top of the list selects all the QR codes on the page displayed.
- The selection can contain QR codes that are no longer displayed on screen (another page, another filter). The counter says so, for example “12 QR codes selected, including 4 outside the current view”.
- 100 QR codes at most per batch. At 100, the counter shows “100 QR codes selected — maximum per batch” and the other boxes can no longer be ticked: deselect some to add others.
- Deselect all empties the selection.
The available actions then appear in the Actions on the selection bar: Download (ZIP), Archive, Reactivate and Tag.
Archive or reactivate several QR codes
- Select the QR codes, then click Archive (or Reactivate).
- For archiving, a confirmation reminds you of the number of QR codes concerned, including those not displayed on screen (for example “Archive 12 QR codes, including 4 not shown?”). Archived QR codes no longer redirect their visitors until they are reactivated.
- A message summarises the result: the number of QR codes processed, those that were already in that state, and those that could not be processed because you no longer have access to them.
Just after the action, the Undo button in this message lets you go back.
As with a single QR code, archiving deletes nothing: content and statistics remain intact, and you can reactivate at any time from the “Archived” view. There is no bulk permanent deletion: it is done one QR code at a time, from each one's page (see Manage your QR codes).
Tag several QR codes
The Tag button adds or removes tags on the whole selection. See Organise your QR codes with tags.
Download the images as a ZIP
- Select the QR codes, then click Download (ZIP).
- Choose the Format:
- PNG, for the web and office documents;
- SVG, for the printer: it can be enlarged without loss of quality.
- Click Download the ZIP.
The ZIP file contains one image file per QR code, named after its label. The preparation shows its progress (“Preparing the ZIP file: 8 of 12”) and can be cancelled. If some images could not be generated, their labels are listed after “Not generated:”.
Custom domain. While your custom domain is active, the downloaded images encode the address of your domain (for example
qr.your-company.ch/r/…), and no longer the QR Suisse address. Before printing, read Use your own domain.
Export the list as CSV
The Export (CSV) button opens the “Export the list as CSV” window. Under Content, choose:
- the result of the current filters: all the QR codes that match your search and your filters;
- or the selected QR codes, if you have made a selection.
Click Download the CSV. The file opens in a spreadsheet.

Treat this file as an internal document
The file contains the full destination of each Link and Calendar QR code, including the email addresses, phone numbers, messages and event details you entered in them. Do not share it beyond the people who need it. On the other hand, the content of business cards and the email addresses of the account's members are never exported.
If a “Too many actions” message appears
To protect the service, the number of bulk actions and exports is limited over a short period. If the message “Too many actions in a short time” or “Too many exports in a short time” appears, try again a minute later.
Frequently asked questions
How many QR codes can I select at once?
100 at most per batch. The selection can combine QR codes from several pages of the list.
Can I undo a bulk archive?
Yes. Just after the action, click Undo in the result message. Later on, reactivate the QR codes from the “Archived” view: archiving deletes nothing.
How do I download several QR codes at once?
Select them in the list, click Download (ZIP), choose PNG or SVG, then Download the ZIP. You get one image file per QR code, named after its label.
Which format should I choose for printing?
SVG. It can be enlarged without loss of quality: it is the format to send to your printer. PNG is suitable for the web and office documents.
What does the CSV export contain?
Identifier, label, type, public URL, destination (for Link and Calendar QR codes), status, scans, creation date, creator (depending on your permissions) and tags. The content of business cards is never exported.
Can I permanently delete several QR codes at once?
No. Permanent deletion is irreversible: it is done one QR code at a time, from its page.
Are these features available on the Free plan?
No. Multiple selection, ZIP download, CSV export and tags are reserved for the Pro and Entreprise plans.
