4. Payment provider

Payments for the Pro subscription are processed by:

Card data is entered directly on Stripe's secure pages; Skyday Sàrl neither receives nor stores it.

5. Conclusion of online contracts

The technical steps for subscribing to the Pro plan, the means to review and correct your entries before confirmation, and the confirmation by email are described in the Terms of Use and Sale (§7.2). The Terms of Use and Sale and the Privacy Policy can be consulted at any time in the application, and may be saved or printed.

6. Intellectual property

The name "QR Suisse", the logo, the texts and the interface of the application are the property of Skyday Sàrl or its licensors. Any reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited, with the exception of the QR code images generated for your own account, which you may use freely (Terms of Use and Sale, §13).

7. Liability and third-party content

Skyday Sàrl is not responsible for the content of the pages to which QR codes created by its users redirect, nor for third-party websites accessible via links from the application. The applicable limitations of liability are set out in the Terms of Use and Sale (§16).

8. Applicable law

Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction at the registered office of Skyday Sàrl (Hérémence, Canton of Valais), subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction provided for by law — see the Terms of Use and Sale (§18).
