What matters for your practice
A patient who scans a QR code at your practice should never have to wonder where the data linked to it goes. QR Suisse hosts and processes this data in Switzerland (Infomaniak infrastructure). We only store what's necessary for a QR code to function — its destination and its scan statistics. The content of your medical forms stays in your own business tools (electronic patient record, etc.): QR Suisse is a redirected entry point, not a storage location for health data.
The link that doesn't break
A printed patient form can stay in use for several years. The QR code on it must keep working for as long as the document is in use — independent of any contract renewal with a third-party provider whose terms you don't control.
